Today we moved in to our 7th purchased property in 29 years, during which time we have experience a wide range of characters within the Estate Agency profession, some good, some not so good. This is the first time we have felt compelled to put our feelings into print.
From the initial contact at the beginning of 2006 we found your office staff at Seaford to be outstanding. Both Richard and Bill were punctual and most helpful at viewings. The secretarial contact was always courteous and efficient – a real pleasure to do business with, making what can be a very traumatic experience much less so.
However, the purchase of Albany House would not have progressed at all without the boundless energy far beyond the call of duty that Bill displayed in smoothing out the hiccups and negotiating the completion date.
